Fleet Readiness Center Southeast (FRCSE) - Support Equipment Maintenance Follow-On   3

REQUIREMENT:

The Commander, Naval Air Systems Command, Commander Fleet Readiness Center (COMFRC) Patuxent River, Maryland intends to procure maintenance, repair, and overhaul services on a competitive basis for the Fleet Readiness Center Southeast (FRCSE), located in Jacksonville, FL. Services will be in direct support of the industrial facility that performs rework, repairs, and overhauls on United States Navy and Marine Corps aircraft, engines, and components; to include Asset Management and Ground Support Equipment (GSE) for the maintenance and upkeep of all Aviation GSE assigned to FRCSE.

FRCSE Support Equipment maintenance branch anticipates support for all categories of SE held in inventory. This includes performing scheduled and/or unscheduled maintenance, modifications, rework and assistance with aircraft production departments in the development and design of unique aircraft support equipment; load test verifications, recommended preventative maintenance (PM) frequency and developing of maintenance requirements and all Ready for Issue/Use SE is available to meet planned requirements.

The Government is contemplating a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract via a competitive solicitation set-aside for 8(a) small businesses. The Period of Performance (PoP) is five (5) years (one base and four option periods).

Additional Information: Anticipated Request for Proposal (RFP) Date: September 2022. The RFP is anticipated to be released late September, 2022 with DRAFT Section L and M.

INCUMBENT INFORMATION:

This acquisition is a follow-on effort to N68335-17-C-0543 performed by Chenega Applied Solutions, LLC (CAGE 6PRK3). The current contract expires January 2023. Work will be at Government site Fleet Readiness Center Southeast (FRCSE), Jacksonville, FL (FRCSE).
