Background
The U.S. Mission in South Africa, which includes the Embassy in Pretoria and Consulates in Johannesburg, Durban, and Cape Town, is seeking to procure Fleet Management Services. The goal of this contract is to ensure efficient management and operation of the fleet used by the U.S. Mission in South Africa.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing comprehensive Fleet Management Services which include but are not limited to: vehicle maintenance, fuel management, vehicle acquisition, and disposal services. The contractor must ensure that all vehicles are maintained in accordance with manufacturer specifications and that all necessary repairs are conducted promptly.

Additionally, the contractor will manage fuel procurement and distribution for the fleet, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. The services must support the operational needs of the U.S. Mission across all locations mentioned.

Period of Performance
The anticipated performance period is for a base year with four one-year option periods.
