Background
The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) is seeking to purchase maintenance and support for the Flame Acceleration Simulator (FLACS) for a base period and two optional years. The contract requires the submission of a quote for the one-year base period, along with two one-year option periods. The contractor must also provide a user/license agreement if required. Period of Performance
The Period of Performance for the contract includes the base period from 08-23-2023 to 08-22-2024, Option 1 from 08-23-2024 to 08-22-2025, and Option 2 from 08-23-2025 to 08-22-2026.
