Background
This is a solicitation for Fixed Wing Flight Training services to support Fort Rucker, AL. The Mission and Installation Command (MICC) – Fort Eustis contracting office anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price contract with a 12-month phase-in period, one (1) 12-month base period and seven (7) 12-month option periods.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide Fixed Wing Flight Training, Flight Training Support, and Flight Training Service Support for aircrew personnel at Fort Rucker Alabama. The Contractor shall conduct flight training and flight training device instruction in accordance with approved syllabi, Course Management Plans (CMP), and Performance Requirements Summary. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, as well as certain aircraft, flight simulators, and real property facilities in addition to supporting equipment and materials necessary to conduct various fixed wing courses including C-12 Aviator Qualification Course (C-12 AQC), C-12 Instructor Pilot Course (C-12 IPC), C-12 Aviator Refresher Course (C-12 REF), Initial Entry Fixed Wing C-12 Track (C-12 TRACK), Senior IP/Instrument Flight Examiner (FWIFE), C-12 Aviator Qualification Course (USAF) (AF C- 12 AQC), C-12 Instructor Pilot Course (USAF) (AF C-12 IPC), and the C-12 Aviator Refresher Course (USAF) (AF C-12 REF).

Period of Performance
The period of performance will be for one (1) 12-month phase-in period, one (1) Base Year of 12 months and seven (7) 12-month option years.

Place of Performance
All work is to be performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement at Fort Rucker Alabama.
