Fixed Base Weather Sustainment   2

This is a DRAFT Request for Proposal (RFP), FA8730-18-R-0002, for the Fixed Base Weather System (FBWS) effort. This FBWS effort is to provide Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) necessary to sustain the AN/FMQ-19 Automatic Meteorological Station (AMS) and AN/FMQ-22 in its current configuration CONUS/OCONUS in accordance with the requirements as stated in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), Technical Requirements Document (TRD), Sensor System Document (SSD) and Common Data Logger (CDL) System Requirements Document (SRD). Additionally, this effort will include the procurement and installation of a Common Data Logger (CDL) to be incorporated into all FMQ-19 and FMQ-22 fielded systems.

The DRAFT RFP package will be sent to each interested party via AMERDEC Secure within 2 business days of request. All questions shall be submitted as soon as possible to the above mentioned individuals. Responses will be released on a rolling basis. The DRAFT RFP, along with any final questions, will close on 11 December 2017. Responses to all final questions will be released on, or about, 05 January 2018. A final RFP is anticipated to be released to Federal Business Opportunities on, or about, 26 January 2018.
