Five (5) Year Job Order Contract (JOC) for Fort Hunter Liggett

Background
The U.S. Army Garrison (USAG) Fort Hunter Liggett is seeking qualified contractors to establish a Five (5) Year Job Order Contract (JOC) aimed at providing Maintenance, Repair, Upgrade, and Construction services for real property.

The mission of Fort Hunter Liggett is to maintain and allocate training areas, airspace, facilities, and ranges to support field maneuvers and live-fire exercises for the U.S. Army Reserve and other military branches. The contract will support a broad range of sustainment, restoration, modernization (SRM), and minor construction requirements to enhance the operational capabilities of the installation.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for a variety of construction tasks including but not limited to: renovation, repairs, alterations, preventive maintenance, environmental abatement (including asbestos and lead-based paint), and operations activities related to civil, mechanical, plumbing, structural, electrical systems, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), instrumentation, anti-terrorism measures, and force protection.

The work will be performed under an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) framework allowing for flexibility in task orders as needs arise. The contractor must prepare detailed cost proposals for each task order based on joint site visits with government representatives to define the scope of work.

The primary location for performance will be Fort Hunter Liggett in Monterey County, California. Additional work may occur at Parks Reserve Force Training Area in Alameda/Costa Contra Counties and Moffett Field in Santa Clara County.
