FitnessGram Site Licenses Maintenance and Support DoDEA’s Physical Fitness Assessment Program

Background
The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) is seeking to maintain and support its physical fitness assessment program through the acquisition of annual site licenses.

This contract aims to ensure that 160 brick-and-mortar schools and DoDEA's Virtual High School have access to the necessary resources for effective physical fitness assessments. The Government intends to award a sole source Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract, as only one responsible entity can fulfill DoDEA's requirements.

Work Details
The contractor will provide annual site licenses, maintenance, and support for the FitnessGram program, which includes the following tasks:
1. Ensure compliance with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, making all products accessible to individuals with disabilities.
2. Deliver digital Optical Character Recognition (OCR) copies of print materials in various formats upon request.
3. Provide SCORM-compliant digital modules if required.
4. Maintain cybersecurity standards as per DoD and DoDEA requirements, including completing necessary security assessments and providing a plan of action for any vulnerabilities identified.
5. Ensure all online resources are compatible with specified web browsers and meet technical specifications outlined in the contract.
6. Provide ongoing technical support, product training, and privacy training as detailed in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Deliverables include site licenses, training sessions, and verification processes for privacy compliance.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at various locations associated with DoDEA's 160 brick-and-mortar schools and its Virtual High School.
