Fitness Instructors & Sports Officials (FISO) Services   2

Background
The 786th Force Support Squadron (FSS) at Ramstein Air Base, Germany, is seeking to contract for Fitness Instructors and Sports Officials (FISO) Support Services. The goal of this contract is to provide professionally qualified, certified personal and group fitness and health instructors, therapists, and sports gaming officials to support the fitness centers' training and organized sports programs. The services may be funded by either U.S. Government appropriated funds or non-appropriated funds.

Work Details
The contractor will provide the following services:
1. Conduct instructional fitness classes for various skill levels and age groups.
2. Provide sports officials for organized sports events held at the fitness centers.
3. Ensure all communications are conducted in English.
4. Maintain accurate billing records as determined by the Fitness Program Manager (FPM) or Fitness and Sports Manager (FSM).
5. Adhere to the requirements outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), which includes specific duties related to fitness instruction and officiating sports events.

Period of Performance
Base period from 01 March 2026 to 28 February 2027, with four one-year options extending through 28 February 2031.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at various fitness facilities within the Kaiserslautern Military Community (KMC), including but not limited to: Ramstein Northside Fitness Center (building 552), Ramstein Southside Fitness Center (building 2117), Vogelweh Fitness Center (building 2050), and associated sports fields.
