The U.S. Embassy Kathmandu, Nepal, is issuing a solicitation for commercial services related to the First Responders, First Voices: Crisis Tech & Media Expo. This initiative aims to showcase American emergency preparedness technologies and foster business partnerships while enhancing Nepal's media, disaster response, and crisis communication capabilities.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all necessary managerial, administrative, and direct labor personnel, as well as logistics, coordination, and support services to implement a commercial exhibition. The expo will feature American emergency communications technologies and will include hands-on demonstrations, training sessions, and networking opportunities for journalists, content creators, technology companies, and disaster response professionals.
