Firminator for Fort Bragg Wildlife

Background
This solicitation is issued by the U.S. Army for the procurement of a Firminator RT, which is a 3-in-1 food plot implement designed for wildlife management at Fort Bragg.

The goal of this contract is to provide equipment that integrates tilling, seeding, and cultipacking to support the Army's wildlife management efforts.

The contract includes the following item: Firminator RT. The salient characteristics are as follows:
- Integrated tilling, seeding, and cultipacking capabilities
- 3-point hitch implement with an 8-foot working width
- Weight: 2100 lbs
- Cultipacker width: 94 inches, made of cast iron
- PTO-driven 8’ rototiller
- Hopper size: 100.5 x 14.5 x 12 inches
- Hopper capacity: 6+ bushel
- Minimum horsepower requirement: 55 hp
- Compatible with Category 1 or 2 ground-driven accu-seed metering system
- Hydraulic tilt cylinder and independent tool functionality
- Built with a 3” square tubing frame. Offers must be submitted on an F.O.B. destination basis, and only new equipment will be accepted; used or remanufactured products are not allowed.

Period of Performance
Preferred delivery time is within 30 days from the date of award.

Place of Performance
Fort Bragg, North Carolina.

Bidder Requirements
This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside (SBA). Bidders must meet the following requirements: authorized distributor or OEM status for the Firminator RT; compliance with domestic sourcing requirements; and submission of a completed Attachment 1 for certifications and identification of country of origin.
