Background
The Great Plains Area Office of Information Technology, part of the Indian Health Service, is responsible for providing IT services to healthcare facilities. This contract aims to ensure the continued operation of the InformaCast mass notification system, which is crucial for emergency notifications and operational messaging across hospitals and clinics. The system is integrated with existing Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) infrastructure, providing critical communication capabilities.

Work Details
The contractor will provide a one-year maintenance and support subscription for the InformaCast mass notification system. This includes:

1. Software updates to ensure the system remains current and secure.
2. Technical support to address any issues that arise during operation.
3. Continued compatibility with the existing telecommunications environment to prevent service disruptions.
4. All necessary services, subscriptions, software maintenance, upgrades, patches, and technical support required to maintain operational capability of the InformaCast system and all licensed endpoints throughout the contract period.
