Firm-Fixed Price, Non-Personal Service Type, Commercial Item, Purchase Order to purchase and install a Cisco Catalyst 9300 Series switch at the Desert Sage Youth Wellness Center   2

Background
The Indian Health Service (IHS) is issuing this contract to procure a replacement core switch for the Desert Sage Youth Wellness Center located in Hemet, CA. The goal of this contract is to replace the existing Cisco 6500 Catalyst series switch with a new Cisco Catalyst 9300 series switch that meets or exceeds current capabilities, ensuring reliable network performance for the facility.

Work Details
The contractor will provide and install a Cisco Catalyst 9300 series switch with the following specifications:

- Three (3) 48-port PoE stackable modules
- Three (3) C9300-NM-8X SFP network modules per stack
- Necessary stackwise cables for a total of 144 PoE ports and 24 SFP ports.

The installation must include five (5) years of SmartNet and DNA Essentials coverage and licenses. All equipment must be new; refurbished or renewed equipment is not acceptable. The vendor will coordinate the installation and configuration of the new equipment with onsite technical points of contact after delivery. Additionally, the vendor is responsible for removing old equipment and packaging as directed by the onsite point of contact.

Period of Performance
The vendor shall ship the equipment within 30 days after contract award and coordinate installation scheduling within 60 days after award.
