Description

This was an 8(a) Sole Source Acquisition in accordance w ith Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act (15 USC 637 (a) (1) and FAR Part 19.8. This is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Job Order Contract (JOC) for PLUMBING, HEATING, AND AIR CONDITIONING work as defined under NAICS 238220 at various locations in the NAVFAC Southwest area of responsibility (AOR) for Naval Base Point Loma (NBPL). The performance period will be for one (1) year/12 month base period and two (1) year/12 month option periods.

Base Year: March 31, 2023 through March 30, 2024.
Option Year 1: March 31, 2024 through March 30, 2025
Option Year 2: March 31, 2025 through March 30, 2026
