The Period of Performance is September 1, 2023 through August 31, 2024 with four (4), one (1) year option periods. This is a Sole Source acquisition to Datrix (USA), Inc. A waiver was issued by the Indian Health Service IT Director for this software product. There is to be no lapse of availability with the current policy management software to mitigate workplace safety, ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance, and ensures the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care.
