Background
This is a non-personal service(s) contract under which the personnel rendering the service(s) are not subject, either by the contract’s terms or by the manner of its administration, to the supervision and control usually prevailing in relationships between and its employees. The contract involves providing Accreditation of the Region Fire Fighting Training Center, developing and implementing training materials and class schedules to train local national firefighters, and performing final testing and certification.

Work Details
The services to be completed under the contract include accreditation of the IMCOM-EUROPE REGION Firefighting Training Center as a subtraining facility, technical specifications, and management of all records. Additionally, the contract involves developing and presenting Hazardous Materials 'Awareness' training course compliant with National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Standard 472, as well as Hazardous Materials 'Operations' training course compliant with NFPA Standard 472.
Other services include development and presentation of Fire Fighter I, Fire Fighter II, Driver Operator, Airport Fire Fighter, Fire Instructor I, Fire Inspector 1, Fire Inspector 2, and Fire Officer I training courses. The contractor is responsible for providing academic and practical instruction to teach emergency responders the necessary skills and knowledge required for each course. The period of performance for this contract is from September 20, 2023, to September 19, 2028.
