Fire Systems Corrections

GENERAL:

The 144th FW Fresno Air National Guard Base is seeking fire system repair and maintenance services for various buildings throughout the Fresno Air National Guard Base. Additional details are included in the provided Statement of Work, which can be found in the Standard Form (SF) 1449. The contractor is responsible for providing all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances, and supervision necessary.

This solicitation W50S6T-23-Q-0006 is 100% set aside for small business IAW FAR 19.502-2. If there is an after hour point of contact, please include in quote. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238210 and the small business sizestandard is $16.5M.

NOTICE OF SITE VISIT:

Interested parties will be permitted to visit the site prior to the submission of quotes, and an organized site visit has been scheduled for Wednesday, March 29th @ 9:00AM PDT (see FAR 52.237-1, Site Visit ). All interested parties are welcome to attend. Those who plan on attending should RSVP at least two (2) days prior to allow for adequate planning and coordination. RSVPs will be accomplished via email to 144.FW.FAL.MSC.Contracting@us.af.mil. RSVPs shall, at a minimum, contain the name(s) of the individual(s) attending. Additional details are provided in the attached SF 1449.

UPDATE 4 APRIL 2023:

Amendment 1 has been issued. This amendment specifies request for information (RFI) question/response due dates and extends the solicitation due date to 19 April 2023 at 3pm PDT. RFI questions must be received by 6 April 2023. RFI responses will be provided about 13 April 2023. A quote submission must provide a signed SF1449 and SF30 to be considered for award.

Update 15 April 2023:

Amendment 2 has been issued. The amendment updates the statement of work (SOW) in response to request for information (RFI) questions. A quoter must provide signed SF1449 and all amendment SF30s (1,2) to be considered for award.

Update 19 April 2023:

Amendment 3 has been issued. Amendment 3 updates the statement of work (SOW) in response to request for information (RFI) questions, extends the due date, and expands the period of performance. A quoter must provide signed SF1449 and all signed amendment SF30s (1,2,3) to be considered for award.
