Fire Suppression System Maintenance at PRWI

The primary purpose of this project is to perform five-year service and maintenance on four (4) fire suppression systems. The fire suppression systems are integral to the operation and safety of the cabin camp kitchens and the maintenance shop / fire cache building. The cabin camp dining hall fire suppression systems are wet chemical kitchen hood suppression systems, each dining hall system requires five-year service, hydrostatic testing, system recharge, and to have the obsolete control heads replaced since they are no longer supported by the manufacturer. At the camp 2 dining hall the 10-burner range will need to be shifted approximately 6" to 8" to position it properly under the hood, some gas piping modifications will be required. The maintenance shops / fire cache has a dry standpipe sprinkler system this system requires a five-year service to include internal pipe examination of the fire sprinkler system, including alarm / check valves and fire department connection and any required hydrostatic testing and lastly replace four pressure gauges.
