Background
The Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF) in Bremerton, WA, is seeking quotes for fire suppression system inspection and certification services. This contract aims to ensure compliance with fire safety regulations by providing necessary maintenance for the onboard fire suppression systems of four 25-ton Kone Portal Cranes. Work Details
The contractor will provide annual servicing, inspection, certification, and maintenance of the Kidde (CO2) Aegis 2.0 Fire Suppression System on four 25T Kone Portal Cranes (Crane 51, Crane 52, Crane 53, and Crane 54). Specific tasks include:
1. Inspecting, cleaning, and testing the fire suppression system.
2. Providing a final test report upon completion of services.
3. Completing any necessary repairs following government approval. The contractor must supply all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform these services.

Period of Performance
The ordering period for the contract will be from June 29, 2026, to June 28, 2031.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed within the Controlled Industrial Area at PSNS and the Delta Pier at IMF.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must demonstrate specific experience in providing fire suppression systems certification through a narrative of one contract completed within the last three years that is similar in complexity to the scope identified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Offerors are required to submit a completed Corporate Experience Data Sheet detailing this experience.
