Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Cyprus will launch the solicitation on the e SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov website when it is available.

The Embassy of the United States in Nicosia will issue a solicitation for the replacement of the Fire Suppression System at the West Office Building.

All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. The Government plans to issue the solicitation in June 2025.

The Government is planning a pre-proposal conference and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation.

Prior to submitting a quote, Offerors shall be actively registered in System for Award Management (SAM) https://www.sam.gov per FAR 52.204-99 System for Award Management (Deviation). Registration instructions may be obtained, and online registration may be accomplished at www.sam.gov. By submitting a quote, the Offeror acknowledges the requirement to be registered in the SAM prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from the solicitation.
