Background
The solicitation is for Facility Investment Services for Fire Safety Systems Maintenance and Repair Services for Marine Corps Installations, Okinawa, Japan. The contractor is required to furnish all labor, management, supervision, tools, material, and equipment necessary to perform the services.

Work Details
The work includes maintenance, inspection, testing, certification, and repair for Fire Safety Systems such as Fire Alarm and Detection Systems, Automatic Sprinkler Systems, Foam Extinguishing System, Kitchen Fire Suppression Systems, Fire Pumps Engine, Exhaust Hoods and Ducts, and Kitchen Hood Washing Systems. The contract consists of a base period from 1 Feb 2024 to 31 Jan 2025 with recurring and non-recurring work. Additionally, there are four option periods from 1 Feb 2025 to 31 Jan 2026; 1 Feb 2026 to 31 Jan 2027; 1 Feb 2027 to 31 Jan 2028; and 1 Feb 2028 to 31 Jan 2029. The work will be performed at various locations including Camp Courtney, Camp Foster, Camp Kinser, Camp Lester, Camp Hansen, MCAS Futenma, Camp McTureous, Camp Schwab, Camp Gonsalves (also known as Northern Training Area or Jungle Warfare Training Center), Buckner Communications Site and Taiyo Golf Course in Okinawa, Japan.

Period of Performance
The period of performance includes the base period from 1 Feb 2024 to 31 Jan 2025 and four option periods from 1 Feb 2025 to 31 Jan 2029.
