Background
The solicitation is for a Fire Retardant Coverall Service at Corpus Christi Army Depot (CCAD). The service is required to ensure the safety of employees working within reaching distance of exposed energized parts of equipment, as per Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) guidelines.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide approximately 270 TECASAFE Fire Retardant Coveralls (TECASAFE PLUS 700) on a weekly basis for 52 weeks. The coveralls must be individually fitted to employees and professionally cleaned, repaired, and replaced as needed. The period of performance is one base year and two option years. The contractor is also responsible for conducting laundry services at CCAD and must adhere to specific quality control and quality assurance standards. The work will be performed at Maintenance Team 1 Shop, Maintenance Team 2 Shop, Facilities Maintenance Team 1 Shop, and Facilities Maintenance Team 2 at Corpus Christi Army Depot.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the contract is from March 31, 2024, to March 30, 2025 for the base year, with two additional option years extending the performance period to March 30, 2027.
