The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and other items necessary to accomplish the requirements in accordance with the terms and conditions of this contract.The contract type is a single-award Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) performance-based service contract comprised of Recurring and Non-Recurring work requirements. The anticipated period of performance is a 12-months base period and four (4) one-year option periods. Any contract resulting from this solicitation will be awarded and performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. Contractors must be duly authorized to operate and conduct business in Japan and must fully comply with all laws, decrees, labor standards, and regulations of Japan during the performance of the contract. Bidders will be required to provide verification on required license prior to award of any contract to the contracting officer if such information is not already on file with or available to the contracting officer. Contractors must be registered to do business in Japan and possess all valid permits and licenses as required by the contract and must have a Japanese bank account in order to receive payment via DFAS Japan. **Amendment 0001 issued on 27 March 2024****Amendment 0002 issued on 3 April 2024****Amendment 0003 issued on 9 April 2024**

Background

Work Details
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and other items necessary to accomplish the requirements in accordance with the terms and conditions of this contract including the attachments. The work includes Fire Protection Systems Preventative Maintenance and Inspection Services at Marine Corps Base Camp Butler, U.S. Naval Hospital (USNH) & Branch Clinics/Facilities Okinawa, Japan.
The contract includes Recurring Work for the base period from 15 August 2024 to 14 August 2025 and Non-Recurring Work may be ordered during this period as per the procedures described in the contract. It also includes four one-year option periods for both Recurring and Non-Recurring work.

Period of Performance
The anticipated period of performance is a 12-months base period from 15 August 2024 to 14 August 2025 with four (4) one-year option periods for both Recurring and Non-Recurring work.

Place of Performance
