Fire_Fuels Trailer Purchase

Background
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is issuing this solicitation for the purchase of Fender Flatbed Trailers to support their Fire and Fuels program in Vale, Oregon. The goal of this contract is to acquire the necessary equipment to facilitate field work related to fire management and fuels reduction efforts.

Work Details
This requirement is for one Firm Fixed Price Commercial Supply Contract for six (6) 16' deck length Fender Flatbed Trailers with side rails. The specifications for the trailers are as follows:
- Load Capacity: 9,900 GVWR
- Deck Length: 16'
- Overall Length: Approx. 20'
- Deck Width: 82"
- Decking: Wood
- Railing around deck
- Tie Downs: 8 D-Rings (2 front, 3 both sides)
- Axles: 6K Slipper Spring Axles
- Brakes: Electric brakes on all 4 wheels
- Wheels: 8 hole hubs, 16" steel wheels
- Tires: 16" Radials, 235 E-range, 10 ply
- Spare Tire: One side mounted matching spare tire
- Ramps: Single piece, 5' heavy-duty ramp with spring assist
- Ramp Holder: Side mounted metal strap to hold ramp in the up position for travel
- Jack: 8K pound top wind jack
- Hitch: 2 5/16" coupler
- Lights: LED lights in a full wire harness
- Light Plug: 7 way plug
- Paint Color: Black

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from August 20, 2025, to September 30, 2025.

Place of Performance
The trailers will be delivered to the BLM Vale District Office located at 102 Warehouse Oregon Street, Vale, OR.
