Fire Alarm Maintenance & Repair Services at Dover AFB, DE.

(a) The Government does not presently intend to award a contract at this time or to otherwise pay for the information requested, but would like to obtain capability responses on the basis of this request.
(b) Although "proposal" and "offeror" are used in this RFI, your response will be treated as information only. It shall not be used as a proposal.
(c) This request is issued for the purpose of determining whether or not small businesses are capable of supporting the following service requirement at Dover AFB, DE.

2. GENERAL: Dover AFB 436 Contracting Squadron requires maintenance and repair of installed fire extinguising and automatic fire alarm systems for numerous facilities on Dover, AFB. The period of performance will be for a base plus 4 option years, commencing 1 October 2016. Please see attached Performance Work Statement for additional description of the service.

Only qualified sources/technician(s) shall accomplish all work/maintenance.

Interested parties capable of providing all of the described services are invited to submit their information/capability narrative as well as confirmation of interest in submitting a quote. NAICS Code is 561621 and size standard is $20.5 Million.
