The purpose of this requirement is to replace and test the fire alarm control panel and devices in Building 123, replace and test a fire alarm panel and devices in Building 441, and replace and test the fire alarm control panel and devices for Building 584.To replace and test the fire alarm control panel and devices in Building 123, replace and test a fire alarm panel and devices in Building 441, and replace and test the fire alarm control panel and devices for Building 584.

Background
The requirement is issued by the government for the replacement and testing of fire alarm control panels and devices in three buildings (Building 123, Building 441, and Building 584).
The goal of this contract is to ensure that the fire alarm systems in these buildings are fully functional and compliant with safety standards.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, tools, equipment, and expertise to complete the following tasks:
1. For Building 123: Remove the existing Monaco M1 fire alarm control panel and install the government-furnished Notifier NFS-320 fire alarm control panel along with all required devices. This includes a one-for-one swap of devices.
2. For Building 441: Remove the existing Simplex 4007 fire alarm control panel and install the Simplex 4007ES fire alarm control panel along with all required devices. This also includes a one-for-one swap of devices.
3. For Building 584: Remove the existing Monaco M1 fire alarm control panel and install the government-furnished Notifier NFS-320 fire alarm control panel along with all required devices, including a one-for-one swap of devices.
Each installation must include testing to ensure full operational capability and documentation of the process.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at Offutt Air Force Base, NE.
