Financial Systems Modernization

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Office of the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) has a requirement for Financial Systems Modernization. USCIS is seeking a proposal under the terms and conditions of the Department of Homeland Security's (DHS) One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS) Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. All OASIS Pool 2, Small Business contract holders are encouraged to submit a proposal. This Request for Proposal (RFP) does not constitute a commitment on behalf of the Government. There will be no reimbursement for any costs incurred or associated with the submission of a proposal in response to this solicitation. Questions are due NLT 1 PM ET on June 19, 2023 and submitted in accordance with the Instructions on page 44 of the RFP. Proposals are due NLT 1 PM ET on June 30, 2023.
