FINANCIAL SYSTEMS INFRASTRUCTURE AS A SERVICE (IaaS)

Background
The Peace Corps is an independent federal agency created by Congress in 1961 to help the people of interested countries. The Peace Corps relies on its information technology systems, including the Financial Services (FIN), to accomplish its mission. The Office of the Chief Financial Officer’s Office of Financial Systems' mission is to operate and administer Peace Corps' integrated financial software applications, which include commercial of the shelf (COTS) applications and Peace Corps built custom applications. The Peace Corps seeks to establish a contract that will provide a range of support for transitioning limited Peace Corps systems to the Oracle Cloud IaaS and integrating with other internal and external systems supporting the Peace Corps mission.

Work Details
The scope of work includes tasks such as cloud migration analysis, project planning, building cloud architecture, procuring Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) tenancies, establishing network connectivity & identity management with Peace Corps environment, provisioning OCI environments & data migration, testing, training, go live and stabilization, establishing and implementing backup policy, building disaster recovery site for Oracle EBS and Hyperion Application, building service level agreement, integration to Peace Corps Systems, and providing transition services to Peace Corps Team.
