Financial Statement and Performance Auditing

The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with one vendor to provide financial statement and performance audit services to the Office of Inspector General (OIG) for the Department of State (Department) and the U.S. Agency for Global Media (USAGM). The majority of the BPA calls that may be issued under the contract will be for financial statement audits to assist OIG in complying with the Chief Financial Officers (CFO) Act, as amended. Additional BPA calls may be issued to perform attestation engagements or performance audits on issues related to the audited financial statement or for which the contractor has performed work on during the financial statement audits. The contractor will not be asked to perform any performance audits that would impair their independence to perform annual financial statement audits.
