Background
The Department of Justice (DOJ) requires a cloud-based, comprehensive FedRAMP Moderate or higher-certified Commercial-off-the-Shelf (COTS) Financial, Performance, Controls & Compliance Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution.

This contract aims to support various financial and performance management activities including audits and reporting for the DOJ components such as the FBI, DEA, and others. The goal is to ensure compliance with several federal standards and improve the efficiency of financial management processes.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide a SaaS solution that includes:
1. Pre-existing templates for A-123 audits, component financial statement audits, agency financial reporting, and more.
2. Configurable templates without custom development.
3. Automatic updates to templates due to legislative changes at no additional cost.
4. A centralized system that does not require third-party tools.
5. Role-specific dashboards and the ability to manage documents within the system.
6. An audit trail capturing user actions in real-time.
7. Capability to generate reports and dashboards linked to source data.
8. Ability to track activity statuses and manage document lifecycle (active/archived).

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence on January 1, 2025, and end on December 31, 2025, with four additional option periods of twelve months each.

Place of Performance
The primary duty location for this contract is at the Contractor’s site and Two Constitution Square, 145 N St. NE, Washington DC.
