Financial Management Systems Support Services (FMS3-OCFO)

DISA requires professional services to provide quality accounting, financial management, budget rate generation, execution reporting, variance analysis, problem resolution, data reconciliation, business process improvements, software development, analytical services, as well as audit readiness support to the DISA Accounting Operations and Compliance (CFA). This will be for a base period of 12 months, with four (4) 12-month optional periods. Anticipated start date is September 1, 2023. Initial questions are due by Thursday, June 1, 2023 at 2:00 PM EST - the Government reserves the right not to answer any questions submitted after this date.
