The National Science Foundation (NSF) Financial Management Support contract solicitation. Background
The National Science Foundation (NSF) is seeking contractor support in the areas of accounting, financial management, and financial systems operations for the Division of Financial Management. The solicitation includes a Statement of Work and ancillary documents for further information.

Work Details
The tasks include providing financial management support services, labor rates for base and option periods, contract clauses related to inspection/acceptance, assignment, changes, disputes, definitions, order of precedence, unauthorized obligations, incorporation by reference, continued performance of services, authority of government personnel, security requirements and access to NSF facilities and unclassified information technology resources, availability of funds for a future year, performance evaluation system, electronic invoicing and payment requirements through the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP), key personnel for award, NSF systems subject to Privacy Act restrictions, and submission of questions and proposals.
