Description

The government requires a Financial Management Forms Automated Management Service (FMFAMS) solution for continued use throughout the Air Force (AF) for end-to-end automation of the AF Key Departmental Accountable Official (DAO), Key Signatory (KS), and System Authorization Access Request (SAAR) processes (i.e., DD Form 577 Appointment/Termination Record, and DD Form 2875 System Authorization Access Request). This will include the custom configuration of the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Software Suite and ensure it is properly implemented and sustained to support and execute the AF mission within the Cloud One environment. It will also include providing support services to maintain the Authorization to Operate (ATO) and providing operational support for user training, helpdesk, and operations management.

FMFAMS provides an effective mechanism for managing and tracking all DAO, KS, accounts access and provisioning, and stores records for, according to data from FMFAMS, 31 systems/applications and over 211K AF, AF Reserve, Air National Guard, AF Civilian, and Foreign National personnel allowing them to continue their missions with no lapse in service. The system also supports and has workflows built for 61 DAO and KS positions.

FMFAMS is integrated with the following AF or DoD systems/applications/services to ensure attributes, training data, and other required information is available to process access requests: Defense Travel Management Office's TraX, USAF AETC's MyLearning, Identity Web Service (IWS), Defense Information System for Security (DISS), Active Directory (AD), Azure AD, and Cloud One.
