Financial Management Forms Automated Management Service (FMFAMS)   2

Background
The government requires a Financial Management Forms Automated Management Service (FMFAMS) solution for continued use throughout the Air Force (AF) for end-to-end automation of the AF Key Departmental Accountable Official (DAO), Key Signatory (KS), and System Authorization Access Request (SAAR) processes. This includes the custom configuration of the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Software Suite and ensuring it is properly implemented and sustained to support and execute the AF mission within the Cloud One environment.
FMFAMS provides an effective mechanism for managing and tracking all DAO, KS, accounts access and provisioning, and stores records for 31 systems/applications and over 211K AF, AF Reserve, Air National Guard, AF Civilian, and Foreign National personnel allowing them to continue their missions with no lapse in service. The system also supports and has workflows built for 61 DAO and KS positions. FMFAMS is integrated with various AF or DoD systems/applications/services to ensure attributes, training data, and other required information is available to process access requests.

Work Details
The work involves providing a Financial Management Forms Automated Management Service (FMFAMS) solution for end-to-end automation of the AF Key Departmental Accountable Official (DAO), Key Signatory (KS), and System Authorization Access Request (SAAR) processes. This includes custom configuration of the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Software Suite, implementation within the Cloud One environment, maintenance of Authorization to Operate (ATO), operational support for user training, helpdesk, and operations management.
The system must manage and track all DAO, KS, accounts access and provisioning, as well as store records for 31 systems/applications and over 211K AF personnel without any lapse in service. Additionally, it should support auditing sufficient to meet the requirements for FIAR-relevant systems.
