The contractor will provide all necessary tools, equipment, transportation, personnel, labor, supervision, and management required to perform preventative maintenance, as-needed repairs, training, and emergency services for one (1) Global Finishing Solutions (GFS) Fighter Size Paint Booth (FSPB), serial number U118049, located on the 309th Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Group (AMARG) complex at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base (DMAFB), AZ, on the ramp near building 7442.(Appendix A, Maps) The goal of the services is to ensure a safe, efficient, and reliable paint booth for AMARG.

Background
The contract is issued by the 309th Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Group (AMARG) at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base (DMAFB), AZ. The mission of AMARG is to ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of military aircraft and equipment. The goal of this contract is to provide preventative maintenance, as-needed repairs, training, and emergency services for a Global Finishing Solutions (GFS) Fighter Size Paint Booth (FSPB), serial number U118049.

Work Details
The contractor will provide all necessary tools, equipment, transportation, personnel, labor, supervision, and management required to perform the following tasks:

1. Perform preventative maintenance in accordance with the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Standard Maintenance Procedures (SMP) for the FSPB.

2. Create and submit a Preventative Maintenance (PM) schedule that outlines maintenance plans including descriptions of systems and components, maintenance/inspection tasks to be performed, proposed frequencies for these tasks, and references from OEM manuals or training materials.

3. Conduct on-site scheduled PM in line with industry standards and manufacturer's recommendations.

4. Provide training for AMARG personnel on maintenance, troubleshooting, and operations of the GFS FSPB.

Place of Performance
All services will be performed at the 309th Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Group (AMARG) complex at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base (DMAFB), AZ.
