ADDING MORE PICTURES OF THE TOILET AND ACCESS TO THE BASEMENT.

This project will replace the three composting toilet fiberglass structures located in the basement of the Fields Point Landing building. These old composting toilets are failing and pose a health and human safety risk to the staff at Fields Point due to exposure to human waste. The objective is to remove the old failing units from the basement at Fields Point and replace them with new poly units to allow for a healthy and safe working environment for our concessionaire.
The Contract will be required to deliver roto-molded composting toilets to Fields Point Landing, 17100 S Lakeshore Rd Chelan, WA 98816 in the Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest. The Current composting toilet is a Clivus Multrum Model 15, and the Forest Service is requesting a Brand Name or Equal for this project.

This project is 100% set aside for Small Business. This is Firm Fixed Price Contract.

Background
The project aims to replace three failing composting toilet fiberglass structures located in the basement of the Fields Point Landing building, which pose health and safety risks due to exposure to human waste. The USDA Forest Service is responsible for this contract, with the goal of ensuring a safe working environment for staff and functional restroom facilities for thousands of annual users.

The current toilets are original installations from the 1980s and have deteriorated significantly, leading to closures that affect public access.

Work Details
The contractor is required to deliver roto-molded composting toilets to Fields Point Landing, 17100 S Lakeshore Rd, Chelan, WA 98816. They must contact project manager Michael Plank prior to delivery for inspection. The Forest Service requests a Brand Name or Equal product similar to the Clivus Multrum M15 model.

Additionally, if awarded optional item 1001, the contractor will conduct a pre-work inspection with the project manager, remove old units (including waste pumping and disposal), and ensure all new units are operational before project completion. The contractor will also coordinate installation specifics with Clivus Multrum if applicable.
