The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) intends to competitively award a Firm Fixed Price Task Order under FTSS V Multiple Award Contract (MAC), Lot 1 for WESTPAC-MCBH Contractor Operation and Maintenance Services (COMS) at NAF Atsugi, Japan, MCAS Futenma, Okinawa, Japan, and MCBH Kaneohe Bay, HI. The following platforms are anticipated to be supported: MV-22B, MH-60R/S, MH-60R, CH-53E, UH-1Y, AH-1Z, MCAT, Nite Imaging Threat Evaluation (NITE) Lab, RQ-7B Universal Mission Simulator, Marine Common Aircrew Trainer (MCAT), and Electronic Classroom (EC).

The period of performance is anticipated to be 60 months, inclusive of a two (2) month mobilization and five (5) month base year with four (4) twelve (12) month options and one (1) five (5) month option. Start of contractor performance will be 01 April 2023.

The incumbent Contract/Contractor is N61340-16-D-1004, TO N61340-18-F-0071/Engineering Support Personnel, Inc.
