"A Top Secret Facility Clearance with Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (SCI) access is required." was added to the description of Notice of TAS and the attachement was updated to reflect this change.

The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD), in accordance with FAR 16.505 (b)(1), intends to provide fair opportunity for award of a Firm Fixed Price Task Order under FTSS IV Lot 1 for Maritime Contractor Operation and Maintenance Services (COMS), Contractor Maintenance Services (CMS), and Training Systems Management (TSM) at NAS Jacksonville, FL and NAS Whidbey Island, WA. The following platforms are anticipated to be supported: P-3C, EP-3E, P-8A, and MQ-4C. A Top Secret Facility Clearance with Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (SCI) access is required.

The period of performance is 60 months, inclusive of two (2) months mobilization and one (1) 3 months base year with four (4) twelve (12) month options and one (1) 7 months option. Start of contractor performance (Mobilization) anticipated to be 01 June 2022. A list of FTSS IV Lot 1 Points of Contact is included with this notice for possible subcontracting opportunities.
