Fielded Training Systems Support (FTSS) Contractor Operation and Maintenance Services (COMS) and Contractor Instructional Services (CIS) for RESFOR   3

Background
The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) intends to provide fair opportunity for award of a Firm Fixed Price Task Order under FTSS V Lot 2 for Contractor Operation and Maintenance Services (COMS) and Contactor Instructional Services (CIS) at various locations in the USA. The period of performance is 60 months, inclusive of two (2) months mobilization and one (1) 10-month base year with four (4) twelve (12) month options. The start of contractor performance (Mobilization) is anticipated to be 03 July 2023.

Work Details
The contract involves Fielded Training Systems Support (FTSS) Contractor Operation and Maintenance Services (COMS) and Contractor Instructional Services (CIS) for RESFOR. The services include maintenance, repair, and rebuilding of equipment related to training aids & devices, as well as engineering services.
Anticipated site visits/pre-proposal conference are scheduled for December 2022, with the RFP release date also anticipated in December 2022. The anticipated award date is May 2023.

Period of Performance
The period of performance is 60 months, inclusive of two (2) months mobilization and one (1) 10-month base year with four (4) twelve (12) month options. Start of contractor performance (Mobilization) anticipated to be 03 July 2023.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at NAS JRB Fort Worth, TX; Joint Base McGuire/Dix/Lakehurst, NJ; NAS Fallon, NV; NAS JRB New Orleans, LA; and NAS Key West, FL in the USA.
