The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-80 updated as of March 2, 2015.

The U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is issuing Request for Quotations (RFQ) Number RFQ DU205NC-15-Q-0030 for Field Review of Appraisals for the State of Nevada in support of the, Santa Ana Homeownership Center (HOC) Office of Single Family Housing. This procurement is for an indefinite quantity indefinite delivery, fixed price purchase order under the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), to provide interior and exterior Field Review Appraisers services for the State of Nevada.

The period of performance is one-base year and 4 one-year option periods. The contractor will be responsible for the management and administration of all tasks assigned under the purchase order and shall furnish the necessary personnel, materials, labor, services (including all transportation that may be needed) necessary to conduct field reviews of appraisals of 1-4 unit family interior and exterior properties for the Department of Housing and Urban Development. Work to be completed within 20 calendar days.

The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 531320, and the size standard is $7.5 Million average receipts for the last 3 years.
