Background
The contract is issued by the Department of the Army for services at Fort Drum, New York. The mission is to provide essential field life support services including sanitation and accommodation for personnel during training exercises.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide the following services:
1. Supply 59 portable toilets with a total of 295 servicing events (every other day).
2. Supply 26 hand washing stations with a total of 125 servicing events (every other day).
3. Provide one Grey Water Tank with four servicing events (every other day).
4. Supply two 8-yard dumpsters with waste removal services.
5. Provide sleeping tents to accommodate 121 personnel, including delivery, erection, and disassembly at two training locations within Fort Drum.

The contractor is responsible for all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for these services and must ensure that all equipment is operational by specified deadlines.

The contract will be performed from July 18, 2026, through July 27, 2026.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must have the capability to provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment as specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
