Description

On 18 December 2025, the Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division (NAWCWD), China Lake, CA awarded a Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (FFP-IDIQ) contract for a total of $14,913,428, using other than full and open competition, FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements (See 10U.S.C 2304(c)(1)), KITCO Fiber Optics, 1151 Azalea Garden Road, Norfolk, Virginia 23502-5601. The ordering period is five years from the date of award and will include Fiber Optical Test Sets.
