Fiber Containers and Fuze Collars   3

Background
The Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC-RI) has issued solicitation W519TC-24-R-2014 for Fiber Containers and Fuze Collars in support of Pine Bluff Arsenal. The solicitation will result in a single firm fixed price contract for one base year and four ordering periods, to be evaluated at the time of award. The resulting award is projected to contain a Base plus Four Option Years. The minimum guarantee will be obligated by the first delivery order awarded simultaneously with the base IDIQ contract. All other quantities are estimates only, and do not bind the contractor in any way to include, but not limited to, quantities listed in this solicitation.

Work Details
The specific products to be manufactured or delivered under the contract include Fiber Containers in accordance with Drawing C13-9-119 revH and Spacers IAW Drawing B13-19-143 revC, as well as Fuze Collars IAW Drawing C13-19-142 revE. The first production order includes 376,700 each of Fiber Containers, three (3) each spacers per Fiber Container, and 345,800 each of Fuze Collars. The delivery schedule includes First Article Testing with a quantity of 10 complete assemblies and 10 each of every component for both Fiber Container & Spacer and Fuze Collar.

Period of Performance
The ordering periods are provided below: Base Year – Award Date + 365 Days after Award (DAA), Ordering Period 1 – 366 DAA – 731 DAA,
Ordering Period 2 – 732 DAA – 1,097 DAA,
Ordering Period 3 – 1098 DAA – 1,463 DAA,
Ordering Period 4 – 1464 DAA – 1,829 DAA.

Place of Performance
Delivery shall be made to US Army, Pine Bluff Arsenal, Central Shipping Receiving Point (CSRP), Bldg 53-990, 506th Street, Pine Bluff, AR 71602.
