This contract seeks to support their mission by providing Communications, Audience Growth, and Engagement Support Services. The goal is to effectively reach and engage various audiences through strategic communication efforts without relying on paid advertising.

Work Details
The contractor will provide a range of services including:
- Project Management: Coordinate a kick-off meeting with key stakeholders to discuss project objectives and deliverables.
- Communications Strategy, Evaluation, and Reporting: Assist in evaluating and developing strategies for internal and external communications, focusing on organic audience growth through various channels such as web, email, social media, and events.
- Editorial Planning and Content Creation: Develop compelling written, oral, and visual content tailored for non-technical audiences across multiple formats including print publications, digital content, videos, and presentations.
- Organic Marketing and Audience Cultivation: Implement strategies for content distribution to grow engagement organically.
- Communications Operations & Logistics: Manage logistics related to communications efforts.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a base period of twelve months with four additional one-year option periods.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed in a hybrid environment that includes contractor facilities, government facilities, telework environments (e.g., home offices), with occasional national travel for outreach events.
