FHWA Advanced Presentation and Communication Training

Background
The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) is seeking a two-day Advanced Presentation and Communication Training course during the week of September 23, 2024 in Vancouver, WA. The training will be provided to a highly skilled workforce to assist them in expanding their capabilities and challenge them to go beyond their already outstanding performance.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to deliver a 2-day advanced presentation training course for up to 20 professionals. The contractor must organize a virtual Kick-off Meeting between the Contractor and FHWA representatives within ten calendar days after the effective date of award. The Contractor shall consult with the SHD on the agenda and determine the most appropriate existing materials to be used in the training. The contractor shall deliver a draft final agenda for review and approval at least 10 days prior to the class start.
The contractor shall deliver the training course over 2 days during the week of September 23, 2024 at the FHWA Western Federal Lands Office located at 610E. 5th St., Vancouver, Washington.

Place of Performance
The work to be performed under this task order (2-day training course) shall be performed at the FHWA Western Federal Lands Highway offices, 610 E. 5th St., Vancouver, Washington.
