This solicitation is issued as a total Small Business Set-Aside. The magnitude of proposed construction is between $25,000 and $100,000.

A site visit will be held on July 1, 2019 at 9:00 AM at 990 Buck Heights Road, Quarryville, PA 17566. A second site visit will be held on July 1, 2019 at 2:00 PM at 1560 Potomac Street, Mount Bethel, PA 18343. Attachment 4, USFWS Data Confidentiality Agreement, must be completed and returned to the Contracting Officer prior to the site showing (no later than June 30, 2019).

Quotes are due by 2:00 PM, July 8, 2019. Quotes shall be emailed to the Contracting Officer at gay.mullen@usda.gov. Please include the solicitation number in the subject line.

A Notice to Proceed is expected to be issued on or about July 26, 2019 with construction to begin within 10 days of issuance.

The Davis-Bacon Act Wage Determination No. PA20190006 dated June 14, 2019 applies.

Notification of any changes to this solicitation (amendments) shall be made only to the internet. It is therefore the contractor's responsibility to check FBO daily for any posted changes to this solicitation.
