Description

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Region VI has a need for Ultra Service Plan for Galaxy with a Warranty/Service Contract services.

The purpose of this Request for Quote is to seek quotes for a Ultra Service Plan for Galaxy with a Warranty/Service Contract in accordance with the Statement of Work.

This solicitation is being issued as a 100% small business set aside.

This procurement will be evaluated under a Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis.

The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811310, with a small business size standard of $12.5 million in annual revenue.

In accordance with FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Products and Commercial Services, offerors must have current and complete representations and certifications in SAM.gov at the time of quote submission.

If you are not registered in SAM.gov or your records are incomplete or outdated, you must complete and submit FAR 52.212-3 with your quote. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in your quote being deemed nonresponsive.

Background
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Region VI is seeking quotes for an Ultra Service Plan for Galaxy with a Warranty/Service Contract. The goal of this contract is to ensure the maintenance and repair of critical power supply systems, specifically the Universal Power Supply (UPS) and Power Distribution Unit (PDU) systems, to support FEMA's mission in disaster response and recovery.

Work Details
The contractor shall perform preventive maintenance as described in the Statement of Work (SOW). This includes:

1. Annual Preventive Maintenance Visit: A comprehensive visual, environmental, and electronic inspection of the UPS and/or PDU system to ensure components are performing to defined specifications. This service includes all labor and travel expenses with a 24x7 scheduling upgrade option.

2. On-site Remedial Services: Dispatch certified personnel for repairs, including parts, labor, travel, and priority access to spare parts. The Advantage Ultra Service Plan offers three different response time upgrades: Next-Business Day, 4-hour 7x24 Response Time Upgrade, and 8-hour 7x24 Response Time Upgrade.

3. Specific Requirements/Tasks: The contractor must provide enhanced on-site service with a 4-hour turnaround for urgent issues. All materials, supervision, labor, tools, and equipment necessary for preventive maintenance will be provided by the contractor. Technicians must sign off on tasks specified in the SOW and provide reports within five business days after each maintenance visit.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is one year from the date of award.

The primary place of performance will be at FEMA Region VI located at 800 North Loop 288, Denton, Texas 76209.
