FEMA Region III RWC AV Refresh - Equipment and Installation

The contractor shall be responsible for providing program management, design engineering services, system implementation and integration, training and maintenance. The end result will be a fully functional, standardized
RWC AVI system that maintains integration and functionality with existing AVI components not covered under this core refresh.

SEE ATTACHED STATEMENT OF WORK FOR ALL DETAILS. The SOW includes two Appendices:
A: Equipment List
B: Vendor Questions and Answers

The vendor is asked to provide a quote that meets all aspects of the Statement of Work, and includes:

A proposed schedule in accordance with the Statement of Work for the delivery and installation of equipment.
Equipment should be delivered within 30 days ARO. If the proposed schedule deviates from the schedule in
the SOW, please support with a short narrative.

Equipment must be brand name

A breakdown of installation costs must be provided, TO INCLUDE hourly rates.

If one or more of these items is not included in the vendor's quote package, the vendor may not be considered for
award.

The deadline for submission of questions is COB Friday September 7, 2018. Quotes are due by COB Wednesday, September 12, 2018.
