Background
The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Region 6 is issuing this contract to replace the aging Electric Motor Control Center at their facility. Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:

1. Replace the facility’s aging Electric Motor Control Center (Electrical Main Panel).
2. Ensure operational continuity and safety during the replacement process.
3. Comply with all relevant regulatory requirements.
4. Address critical reliability issues associated with the current system.
5. Reduce operational risks through the installation of a modernized infrastructure for ongoing facility operations.

- Labor from Journeymen Electricians
- Labor from Foreman/Site Supervisor
- Environmental Compliance & Disposal
- Safety Oversight & Regulatory Compliance
- Project Management & Documentation.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from September 28, 2026, to September 27, 2027.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at FEMA Region 6 Denton Campus, located at 800 N Loop 288, Denton, TX 76209.
