FEMA R8 RRCC and Response - Interior Painting Project

Background
The U.S. Department of Homeland Security: Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Region VIII has a requirement to obtain interior painting services for six (6) rooms in Building 710 of the Denver Federal Center. The project is located on the Denver Federal Center in Denver/Lakewood, CO. The solicitation is a total small business set-aside with a small business size standard of $19 million.

Work Details
The scope of work includes interior painting services for six rooms in Building 710 of the Denver Federal Center. The contractor is required to provide hazardous material information and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS's) for all hazardous materials identified in the contract. The contractor must also maintain an adequate inspection system to ensure that the work performed conforms to contract requirements.
