The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Office of the Chief Procurement Officer (OCPO) releases the subject DRAFT solicitation in accordance with FAR Part 5.
As broadcast under FBO notice HSFE30-15-S-0001, the FEMA, Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) in conjunction with OCPO intends to solicit for seven potential lines of business for Information Technology (IT) supplies and services.
The DRAFT Operation & Maintenance (O&M) requirement is the first of the seven potential lines of business to release DRAFT Request for Proposal (RFP). FEMA intends to release a final solicitation by Summer 2016.
All documents under HSFE30-16-R-0009 are in DRAFT form until declared otherwise.
