This requirement is being solicited under GSA's Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) Professional Services Category pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 8.4 on behalf of FEMA's National Training and Education Division (NTED) for Training Partners Program (TPP) Support Services.

This is a 100% small business set-aside solicitation to those firms having an active GSA MAS under NAICS 541611.

The Product Service Code (PSC) is U008. The PSC description is Education/Training - Training/Curriculum Development.

The Government anticipates a single-award GSA/Task Order (TO) for Training Partners Program (TPP) Support Services on behalf of FEMA's National Training and Education Division.

Background
This solicitation is issued by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) under GSA’s Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) Professional Services Category. The goal of the contract is to provide support services for the Training Partners Program (TPP) through the National Training and Education Division (NTED). This program aims to enhance training and education for first responders and emergency managers by ensuring high-quality training delivery and curriculum development.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, equipment, materials, and facilities to assist with the delivery of TPP. Key tasks include:
